I worked with Jake Pope at Skymax Roofing a little over a year ago, and I'm just now getting around to leaving this review — but the good news is my roof still looks fantastic. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. I had been seeing Skymax signs around town for a while, and I always noticed how beautiful and clean those roofs looked. So, when it was finally time and I couldn't wait to protect my home anymore, I reached out. In my industry, I work with many roofers, so I've seen both the good and the bad. Before I found Skymax, I had roofers give me estimates without even looking at my home, and others tried to pressure me with sales tactics, huge promises, and "guaranteed" insurance approvals. It always felt rushed and uncomfortable, and honestly, it made it hard for me to make a confident decision. Jake was different. He actually came out, took the time to walk me through everything, and explained the process from beginning to end — honestly, clearly, and without talking over me or making me feel dumb. Bless him, all I initially told him was, "I just want the roof black," which wasn't much to go on! But he never pushed a sale, never tried to upsell me, and never promised anything he couldn't guarantee — especially regarding insurance. Instead, he helped me understand what I was buying and exactly what to expect. When the Skymax crew came out to install the roof, they were friendly, respectful of my property, and incredibly efficient. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately. They worked fast, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up after themselves. My roof turned out gorgeous, and had several neighbors take notice. I'm genuinely grateful I chose Jake at Skymax for my roof. If you're looking for someone honest, patient, and genuinely a good human being, I highly recommend Jake and his crew!

Jake came recommended by a real estate agent. He came out same day to inspect the roof as shingles were found around the yard. He was so polite, curtious, and perfessional. He even repaired the damage and a few other things he noticed while doing his inspection at no charge. If thats not top not service I am not sure what is. He gained our busniess just in taking the initative to do things he wasnt asked.

The new roof looks absolutely amazing! The crew was incredibly polite, professional, and very mindful of our dogs needing to go in and out during the process. Great experience with Skymax, owner stopped by on a Saturday after normal business hours just to take a look and talk about what could be done. Very professional and knowledgeable and had no problem talking me through what had happened and how to correct it. He was also very mindful of budget constraints and how best to save. During the busy part of the season for roofing made it out that Wednesday and had all the discussed issues resolved. Would definitely recommend and use Skymax services again in the future.

As a repeat customer, I can truly say that Mr. Pope takes excellent care of his customers and their property. He and his crew arrive early and stay until the job is completed to your satisfaction. He made certain that our driveway, lawn, flower beds, and HVAC units were all properly covered to protect them while the roof was installed and everything was immediately cleaned up once the job was complete (4K Sq Ft two-story home was completed in 1 day!). He maintained excellent communication, provided exceptional service, and delivered a fantastic finished product.

These guys ROCK! They are a true roofing machine. I was particularly impressed with their clean-up afterwards. Really happy with the overall service and certainly recommend them!

10 out of 10 recommend. These guys were professional from beginning to end! They cleaned up every bit of debris, and left no trash behind! There was great communication from Jake on a daily basis. Would definitely use for any project in the future.

I have hired Jake with Skymax Roofing to replace the roof of three residential buildings, as well as a couple of church buildings. He and his crew have gone beyond the call of duty to make sure the job is completed with excellence. Moreover, Jake stands behind his work 100%. If necessary, he quickly addresses any minor issues left behind. When dealing with an insurance claim, he will himself discuss the issue with the adjuster. After several jobs, I’m extremely satisfied with Skymax professionalism. *They also did the siding on my own house.

I can not say enough about Jake Pope and and his Skymax Roofing team. From day one Jake’s number priority was customer service. We woke up to a huge storm and had water leaking from our roof into our kitchen. One call to Jake and he had his team to our house and on our roof in a rain storm placing a tarp over the damage and has us water tight within an hour of the call. From that point forward he explained the entire process and helped us work with our insurance until we were able to get our roof replaced. As a company owner Jake is a very busy man but every time I called Jake he always answered the phone. I can not recommend a better roofing company than Skymax! Jake Pope will take care of family’s roofing needs and do it with best customer service possible.

Skymax roofing has the best customer service. I recently had some concerns about the integrity of my roof. I called the company that installed my roof and they told me someone would be out for an inspection. No one ever showed up. So I reached out to Jake at Skymax. He showed up the very next day, which happened to be a Saturday. Upon an inspection he found a few potential problematic areas which he quickly repaired. I can’t thank Skymax enough for their quick response and attention to the small details. I highly recommend Jake and Skymax for your future roofing needs.
